New Delhi [India]May 21 (ANI): Bharatiya Janata Party (BJPMember of Parliament (MP) Arjun Singh The West Bengal CID, who has been summoned on Friday in an alleged corruption case, said the option of approaching the Supreme Court is being explored to get the case transferred out of Bengal.
Singh targeted the Chief Minister of West Bengal Mamata BanerjeeLed and warned the government for vendetta politics BJP State leaders to prepare themselves for ‘thousands of false cases’ by the state government in the years to come.
“One thing we need to understand is that in Bengal, BJP Politicians will get such notices and we should be prepared for it,” the Barrackpore MP said.
He said, “There is a team of CID in Bhabhani Bhavan to create false cases against us and the MLAs. This is the trailer, the picture is yet to be released. Thousands of false cases will be slapped on us.”
Singh urged BJP Leaders should approach the Supreme Court and appeal for hearing of cases anywhere in the country except West Bengal.
“In Bengal, if the Chief Minister can sit on a dharna for six hours in the CBI office, the Law Minister can appear in the court, it should not be difficult to understand how much pressure can be put on the judiciary or the agencies.” The Calcutta High Court We have also taken cognizance of this. The Bengal CID has summoned Singh in the economic offenses case.
Responding to the CID’s notice to be present in Kolkata on May 25, Singh said, ‘This is not a new thing for us. In this matter, I have got relief from the Supreme Court. instructions of Mamata Banerjee, We can go to court to get our case transferred. I will talk to my lawyers. The matter is already in the Supreme Court. We respect the law and will act accordingly despite knowing that this is a false case.”
Singh said Trinamool CongressThe four ministers were arrested on the basis of solid evidence and the state government is crying foul over the arrests during the pandemic.
“The government of West Bengal is using the pandemic as per its convenience. When they want to protest there is no pandemic. This is vendetta politics. Mamata government filed false cases against Left and Congress leaders in the past And added them to his party,” Singh explained.
“Didi is knocking on the wrong door (Didi is knocking on the wrong door). Like BJP Soldiers, we will fight this battle and even give our lives if necessary.”
Singh also feared being killed and said, “I can be killed any time. Eight months ago, an IPS came to my house with two hired criminals from Uttar Pradesh. Shootout in Chitrakoot Jail 10 days ago . His relatives were in Bengal. And such incidents will happen. It is up to the Home Ministry whether we have to provide security or not.”
Singh said that the Indian Constitution would not be applicable in Bengal in the years to come. “In a state where the CM can sit on dharna and the law minister can appear in court to save his people, it is sure that the Indian Constitution does not apply there. In the coming five years, the people of Bengal will know that They are on Bengal or Pakistan,” he said. (ANI)
